Job Overview Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking Team Members to provide a welcoming and high‑quality service experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide excellent service. Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch items according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment. Assist with inventory, cash handling, and other store operations as needed. Follow company policies and procedures for food safety and customer service. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 a.m.) and weekends. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Previous guest‑service, retail, or food‑service experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand, move, bend, lift, and work in varying temperature conditions.
