Private Equity-Style Performance Analysis Develop reporting similar to what a sophisticated PE sponsor would expect from a portfolio company. Analyze: Revenue Gross profit Gross margin Contribution margin EBITDA Operating expenses Working capital Free cash flow Cash conversion Customer profitability Product profitability Accounts receivable Accounts payable Debt obligations Build clear Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast vs. Prior Period reporting. Identify the operational causes behind variances - not simply the accounting differences. Develop an executive financial dashboard providing leadership with rapid visibility into: Revenue Gross margin
