Shipping Supervisor
Dogwood Industries
Dogwood Industries is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to lead outbound logistics for modular industrial buildings. You’ll oversee daily shipping operations, organize loading of oversized and standard freight, and coordinate with production, inventory, and field teams to meet tight construction project timelines. Responsibilities include scheduling carriers, verifying documentation, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining accuracy in ERP and shipping records. You’ll coach shipping staff, drive 5S and continuous improvement, resolve freight issues, and support quality, cost, and on-time delivery for industrial and defense projects nationwide.
