These are the qualifications that matter:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, shipping, or order processing environment
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Job Duties:

• Process customer orders and shipping transactions using SAP
• Maintain accurate shipping records, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), ASNs, and related documentation
• Prepare and process shipping paperwork and customer order documentation
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Coordinate shipment staging, storage, and truck loading activities
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Warehouse teams to meet customer delivery schedules
• Investigate and resolve shipping and delivery-related issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for truck drivers and coordinate pickup activities
• Communicate shipment status and delivery information with internal departments as needed
• Support continuous improvement of shipping and logistics processes
