Lehigh University's Conference Services team is looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to help bring campus events and summer programs to life. Reporting to the Director of Conference Services, you'll contribute across the full event and program lifecycle.

Position Number: S76300

This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $47,570-$57,090 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

What You'll Be Working On

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of campus events and summer programs from initial brief through to delivery
• Developing and executing promotional campaigns to market programs to relevant internal and external audiences
• Creating and managing digital content across appropriate platforms to drive awareness and engagement
• Coordinating event logistics including scheduling, resource allocation, vendor liaison, and on-site support
• Serving as a primary client contact managing communications, responding to enquiries, and maintaining strong service relationships throughout the event process
• Supporting financial tracking and reporting, including monitoring expenditures and reconciling event-related costs against budget
• Collaborating with the Director to evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts or other related field; Combination of education and experience acceptable
• Three to five years of work related experience
• Experience in event coordination, marketing, or client services ideally within a university, hospitality, or conference services setting
• Strong written communication skills with demonstrated experience producing digital and promotional content
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects accurately and to deadline
• Comfort working with budgets and preparing straightforward financial summaries
• A collaborative approach that aligns with Lehigh's commitment to inclusive, community-centred campus experiences
• Proficiency with standard office and marketing tools; familiarity with event management or CRM platforms is an advantage
