Valet Parking Attendant

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Valet Attendant to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is punctual, courteous, organized, and committed to providing outstanding service while safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles. Responsibilities Greet every guest with a friendly, professional attitude. Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner. Open vehicle and facility doors to provide a welcoming experience. Assist guests with directions, luggage, and general questions when appropriate. Maintain accurate vehicle ticketing and key management. Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking and report any concerns. Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure efficient vehicle flow. Keep valet areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required). Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Dependable, punctual, and reliable attendance. Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and accountability. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
