Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery – Georgia

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, schedule varies. Holiday coverage required: must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).

Highlights:

• Labor & Delivery specialty nursing role in a dynamic maternal care environment
• Exposure to high-acuity patient population including pregnancy complications, preeclampsia, diabetes, and preterm labor management
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery required
• 12-hour shift rotation with varied scheduling
• Opportunity to work with a dedicated maternal-fetal health team
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from facility location

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience within specialty
• Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) certification or equivalent
• Experience managing high-risk pregnancies including preeclampsia, diabetes, and preterm labor
