Senior Marketing Manager 140,000 - 170,000 The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading marketing and business development efforts for a designated office. This role works closely with office leadership and regional marketing teams to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance market presence. Responsibilities: Create and implement a localized marketing and business development plan aligned with broader firm objectives. Identify priority practice areas and market opportunities; develop campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives to support them. Oversee the office marketing budget, ensuring efficient and strategic use of resources. Establish and manage relationships with external organizations, including industry groups, community partners, and academic institutions. Plan and execute client-facing events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities that generate visibility and leads. Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, client outreach, and targeted marketing efforts. Maintain knowledge of key clients, prospects, and competitors to inform strategy. Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing materials, including website content and attorney profiles. Support integration of new hires through coordinated onboarding and marketing efforts. Monitor performance metrics, including ROI and engagement outcomes, and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred. At least 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or event management. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets effectively.
