Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitative services. This role involves developing and implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients physical conditions and determine appropriate therapy interventions.
  
  
• 
  Design personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  
  
• 
  Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures and home exercises.
  
  
• 
  Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state or federal licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience working with diverse patient populations.
  
  
• 
  Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• 
  Certification in CPR and other relevant safety protocols.
