Packaging Graphic Designer

Opportunity to develop creative concepts and packaging designs across Beauty, Fragrance, and Body Care products Opportunity to support projects from initial concept through final production What You'll Do: Conceptualize and develop creative design solutions for Beauty, Fragrance, Body Care, core categories, and innovation initiatives Translate fragrance stories, consumer insights, and beauty trends into distinctive packaging and product designs Develop cohesive design systems across multiple product forms, including color, typography, graphics, patterns, photography, and visual storytelling Create designs from initial concepts through final production, including Design Turn Overs (DTOs) and final artwork for production handoff Review mechanical artwork and production files for design accuracy and final approval Develop concept boards, mood boards, design presentations, and visual storytelling materials Research emerging trends across beauty, fragrance, wellness, lifestyle, color, materials, and packaging Explore innovative graphic treatments, decorative techniques, materials, and finishes to enhance product presentation Provide approved designs and creative direction to mechanical art and production teams for technical development Collaborate with Design, Packaging Engineering, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and other cross-functional teams Participate in store visits, competitive research, and consumer insight activities to identify evolving marketplace trends Manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced, collaborative environment What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, packaging design, illustration, or related creative disciplines Experience in Beauty, Fragrance, Personal Care, or consumer products preferred Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, graphic design, typography, color, and visual storytelling Strong understanding of beauty and fragrance aesthetics with the ability to translate trends and consumer insights into relevant design Experience developing cohesive design systems across multiple products, formats, and packaging structures Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to move from initial inspiration through polished design execution Experience working with photography, illustration, pattern, typography, and other visual assets in integrated packaging design Understanding of print production, packaging artwork, and decorative techniques preferred Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Ability to incorporate creative direction while bringing forward new ideas and design solutions Creative, curious, and passionate about Beauty, Fragrance, Body Care, wellness, and emerging consumer trends #J-18808-Ljbffr Dawson
