On-Call Multi-Family Property Maintenance Specialist

BROAD MANAGEMENT GROUP L LC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to handle upkeep of a multi-family property in the St. Louis area. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping tasks to maintain safety, functionality, and curb appeal. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interact with tenants and contractors.
