Logistics Manager Full Time Milwaukee, WI, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1049 Manager of Logistics & Transportation Operations Hayat Pharmacy is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee our transportation and delivery network across southeastern Wisconsin. This position is responsible for managing delivery drivers, fleet operations, routing, compliance, and daily logistics to ensure medications are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of our transportation and delivery team. Manage driver scheduling, routing, dispatch, and on-time delivery performance. Oversee fleet maintenance, vehicle inspections, registrations, and vendor relationships. Recruit, train, coach, and supervise delivery drivers while promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Monitor transportation KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer service. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, HIPAA, Wisconsin pharmacy requirements, and company policies. Maintain driver qualification files, PARS documentation, and other required operational records. Partner with pharmacy leadership to resolve delivery issues and support business operations. Respond to operational challenges such as vehicle breakdowns, staffing shortages, and changing delivery priorities. Assist with deliveries during emergencies or critical staffing shortages as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or operations management. Experience supervising employees and managing daily operations. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in healthcare or pharmacy operations is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
