Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst

To support the revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst will implement, modify, test, and administer revenue cycle system applications, serving as a liaison between vendors, IT personnel, and end users, while working remotely during standard weekday hours. Key responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain Epic modules and applications related to Revenue Cycle and billing systems Act as the first point of contact for end-user issues related to system performance and functionality Create ad hoc reports and facilitate system updates while supporting 24/7 operational needs Required qualifications Epic Certification within 2 months of hire Associate's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting Experience in revenue cycle management Knowledge of CPT, ICD codes, and HIPAA Transaction Code Sets Ability to perform comparative analysis of system design and user requirements
