Job Description & Requirements Vibra Travels is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role requires 40 hours per week on an 8‑hour day shift and is classified as travel employment. Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position Summary Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation, and communication at assigned locations. Functions under a physician’s order. Position Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs. Position Qualifications Required Certifications: BLS State Licensure Requirements: Colorado License Minimum years of experience: 2 years Required experience: Outpatient experience Previous hospital experience preferred Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace Certificates, Licensures, Registrations Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
