Trillium Construction is hiring for a Drywall Superintendent to oversee the installation of metal framing, and drywall, at commercial construction sites throughout Ohio.

This opportunity is direct-hire, full-time, and long-term with a salary between $100,000 - $140,000!

Duties:

• Plan and coordinate all drywall projects from start to finish
• Supervise and guide subcontractors, laborers, and other workers to maintain quality standards and safety regulations
• Ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are properly coordinated and organized
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Maintain open communication with the Project Manager, customers, and all other stakeholders to ensure the project is running smoothly
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior drywallers, including training and monitoring their progress
• Keep track of job costs and provide detailed reports to the Project Manager
• Ensure all drywall projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Drywall Superintendent
• Bilingual – English and Spanish, preferred
• Knowledge of commercial drywall, metal stud framing, and sheet rock
• Ability to travel out of town to job sites
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
