Job Details


We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join our team at our Springdale, AR plant. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery in one of the various departments of our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will have at least one year of work experience in a manufacturing environment and will be able to operate machinery, work in extreme weather conditions, and lift up to 40+ pounds.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machinery in one of the various departments of our manufacturing plant (Extrusion, Paint, Anodize, Fabrication, Pack, etc.)
  • Use Environmental, Health and Safety process and human performance tools to perform job safely
  • Learn and use advanced computer systems to operate machinery
  • Be flexible and able to work any shift when required based on production needs
  • Perform physically demanding jobs and work in extreme weather conditions
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment, problem solve, and engage in housekeeping efforts
  • Attend meetings every morning about quality, cost, and product
  • Other duties as assigned for all jobs
Qualifications
  • One year of work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have basic computer skills and be able to learn advanced computer systems
  • Must be able to operate machinery and have some knowledge of machine operations
  • Must be flexible and able to work any shift when required based on production needs
  • Must be able to work in any department and perform physically demanding jobs
  • Must have good attendance and be dependable and reliable
  • Must pass pre-employment physical
  • Other duties as assigned for all jobs
