The Opportunity:
We are seeking a numbers-driven, service-oriented, and innovative Insurance Sales and Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences, thrives on measurable goals, and excels at solving problems creatively and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored insurance solutions by understanding clients’ needs and presenting appropriate coverage options
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals, contributing to agency growth
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive new business opportunities
• Utilize industry tools and training to stay informed on insurance products and regulations
• Collaborate with a dynamic, forward-thinking team in a supportive and mentorship-rich environment

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preferred (insurance industry experience a plus, but not required)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A strong work ethic with a drive to meet and exceed goals
• Problem-solver mindset with a focus on innovation and client satisfaction
• Must be coachable and open to professional development opportunities
• Texas Insurance License (or willingness to obtain upon hiring)
