Job duties Supervise production employees throughout the shift Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance needs Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work instructions Coordinate workflow to maximize production efficiency Coach, mentor, and support production team members Track attendance, productivity, and shift performance Conduct routine production floor walkthroughs Resolve employee and operational issues as they arise Complete production reports and communicate updates to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Physical capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipment Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting
