CLAIMS SPECIALIST

Ведение претензионного цикла (chargeback) по транзакциям (e-comm, торговый эквайринг); Сбор, проверка и подготовка документов по опротестованным транзакциям, для отправки в банк эквайер; Взаимодействие с банками эквайерами по вопросам мошенничества и претензионной работы; Мониторинг и выявление подозрительных операций, а также новых трендов мошенничества по платежным картам (e-comm, торговый эквайринг); Взаимодействие с ТСП по выявленным подозрительным транзакциям, на предмет их правомерности; Ведение отчетности по выявленным случаям мошенничества и входящих претензий; Опыт работы в антифрод или претензионных подразделениях (банки, платежные сервисы) от 1 года; Знание правил и требований МПС (Visa, MasterCard, МИР), в т.ч. проведения процедуры chargeback, проверки мерчантов, российского законодательства в части карточных операций; Опыт работы с антифрод системами, анализа транзакционного потока; Понимание принципов мошеннических схем, умение анализировать большой объем транзакций с целью поиска аномальной активности; Английский язык - не ниже intermediate; Аналитический склад ума, внимательность.
