Position Summary: We are seeking caring and dependable Homemakers to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide essential non-medical support to clients who need assistance due to age, illness, or disability.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform light housekeeping: dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.
Prepare meals and assist with diet plans.
Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments and errands.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and help with written communication.
Assist with shopping and handling money under supervision.
Monitor supplies, follow care plans, and report changes in client condition.
Maintain accurate records of services provided.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of home management and personal care services.
Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively.
Compassionate, reliable, and respectful demeanor.
Prior experience preferred but not required—training available.
