HR Business Partner

Your Job We are seeking a HR Business Partner to support the Enterprise segment of our Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU). CSBU designs and manufactures high-speed cable and connector products used for AI compute and networking applications by hyperscale and datacom customers such as AWS, Google, Nvidia, Meta, Alibaba, Bytedance and others. Responsibilities Principle Based Management Champion : Partner with employees at all levels to grow their knowledge and application of Principle Based Management. Recruiting and Onboarding : Support the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers and leveraged recruiting capability to attract top talent; ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and training programs. Workforce Planning & Succession Planning : Collaborate with leadership to assess workforce needs and develop plans, implement strategies to attract, retain, & develop talent, and maintain a pipeline for succession planning. Compensation & Total Rewards : Partner with segment and functional leaders to align compensation decisions with individual contributions; advise leaders on compensation philosophy and total rewards strategy. Global Partnership & Vision Alignment : Partner closely with the P&L-owning General Manager and leadership team to translate segment and business unit vision into a clear people agenda, organizational priorities, and execution expectations across regions and sites; serve as the central HR integrator for the segment. Flex Support : Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience, including direct HR Business partnership with senior business leaders. Experience supporting a global, matrixed organization with multiple functions, regions and leadership stakeholders. Strong business acumen and ability to connect people decisions to business performance. Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior leaders and drive aligned actions across a complex organization. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically and internationally. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a global P&L owning general manager or business leader. Experience supporting manufacturing and engineering focused businesses. Experience operating in a hyper‑growth or transforming business environment. Advanced degree in human resources, business or related field. Salary For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $170,000 per year. The role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
