Pay Rate: $21.50 – $23.00 per hour

Day Shift Options: 6 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday | 5 AM-5:30 PM, Friday-Sunday

Forklift Operator Education Requirements

• 1+ years of experience using a cherry picker and a reach forklift
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• A valid forklift certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
• Basic computer or RF scanner experience
• Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

• Operate Cherry Picker and Reach Truck equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick, stage, and replenish inventory at various rack heights
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Perform inventory counts and ensure product accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity goals
• Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies to leadership
