Shift Lead

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting the Management Team in accomplishing the shifts duties and objectives
• Ensuring proper completion of all side work
• Assisting with general shift work including but not limited too- Slicing, Making sandwiches in roughly 30 seconds, doing assorted shift side work, handling customer complaints, and training new employees
• Completing weekly administrative tasks
• Being the manager on duty 2-5 nights a week

The Person in Charge helps to oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader. The Person in Charge (PIC) plays a role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Person In Charge you must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Person In Charge, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
