The Company is in search of a Vice President, Underwriting E&S with a focus on environmental casualty insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the underwriting team, ensuring that the team meets financial goals, and maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's strategic objectives. This senior leadership role demands a professional with over 15 years of commercial lines property and casualty experience, particularly in environmental casualty underwriting, and a proven track record in underwriting, risk assessment, and managing strategic relationships within the Excess & Surplus insurance sector. The Vice President will also be involved in broker development, product planning, and reinsurance placement, and will be expected to champion innovation in underwriting processes and technologies.
