Director of Design

Leading a team of product designers, the full-time salaried Director of Design will set the vision and strategy for Vanta's Risk product area, ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences while working remotely. Key responsibilities Set the design vision and strategy for the Risk product area, focusing on customer understanding and risk management Mentor and grow a high-performing team of product designers, fostering a culture of craft and accountability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and deliver cohesive customer experiences across the product Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital product design, particularly in B2B SaaS or enterprise software 4+ years of experience managing product designers, including hiring and performance management Proven track record in designing intuitive workflows for complex, data-rich products Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in risk management, cybersecurity, or related domains is a plus
