Marketing Operations Business Solution Architect Omnichannel & MarTech

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Business Solution Architect to design, optimize, and govern marketing technology solutions supporting commercial, medical, and patient engagement programs within Life Sciences.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with enterprise MarTech architecture, omnichannel engagement, CRM, customer data management, and pharmaceutical marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain enterprise marketing operations architecture supporting HCP, patient, caregiver, and consumer engagement.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions.
- Develop architecture roadmaps for marketing technology, customer engagement, and analytics.
- Lead architecture workshops with commercial, marketing, medical affairs, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
- Architect integrated solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault PromoMats, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Optimize marketing workflows covering campaign planning, content approvals, segmentation, targeting, and performance measurement.
- Design integrations across CRM, CDP, MDM, data warehouses, and marketing automation platforms.
- Support advanced customer segmentation, personalization, campaign attribution, and omnichannel journey orchestration.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical promotional regulations, data privacy, and consent management.
- Provide architecture guidance throughout development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- 8+ years in Life Sciences commercial technology, marketing operations, or solution architecture.
- 5+ years designing enterprise marketing technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing workflows and commercial operations.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, CDP, customer data, and digital engagement platforms.
- Expertise in omnichannel marketing and customer journey orchestration.
- Experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- MarTech: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua.
- Life Sciences: Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva Nitro, Veeva Engage.
- Customer Data: Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP, MDM, DAM.
- Analytics: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, Tableau, Power BI.
- Integration: MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, REST APIs, ETL/ELT.
Preferred: Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe, TOGAF, or SAFe certifications and experience supporting global pharmaceutical organizations.
