Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Clinic | Near Pottsboro, TX

PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for an exciting opportunity with a well-established multidisciplinary pediatric clinic near Pottsboro, Texas. Position Highlights

Full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity serving pediatric clients in both clinic and community-based settings.
Work with children and young adults from birth through age 20.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based intervention services to support functional independence and participation in daily activities.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapy disciplines to promote successful outcomes.
Educate families on strategies, equipment, and home programs to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with applicable clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state Occupational Therapy license, or eligibility for licensure.
Minimum of one year of pediatric experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist preferred.
Experience working with children with sensory processing challenges is highly desirable.
Knowledge of positioning techniques and adaptive feeding equipment is a plus.
Candidates with less than one year of relevant pediatric experience may be considered based on overall qualifications and clinical strengths.
