Compensation: $750,000 annually
We invite you to join a reputable, non-profit healthcare system located in the Southern Tier of New York as a gastroenterologist. This position allows you to establish a solo GI practice with complete independence.
You will have the opportunity to create a thriving general gastroenterology practice within a hospital-employed framework that promotes long-term viability. The role includes a consistent weekday schedule, robust clinical and administrative support, and the freedom to shape your professional journey. Teaching roles are available but not mandatory.

- No evening or weekend on-call duties
- Guaranteed base salary of $750,000
- Retention bonuses ranging from $25,000 to $100,000
- Starting and relocation bonuses are also available
- Optional academic affiliation and teaching opportunities
