We are looking for a dependable Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations on a part-time basis in Sierra, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while keeping administrative tasks organized and on schedule. The role requires strong basic office skills and confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel to help maintain smooth office workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors professionally, direct them appropriately, and ensure the reception area remains orderly and presentable.

• Answer incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages to the correct team members in a timely manner.

• Support day-to-day administrative activities such as preparing documents, filing records, and updating office information.

• Use Microsoft Word to create, edit, and format correspondence, forms, and other routine business documents.

• Communication and correspondence in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Coordinate mail, deliveries, and general office communications to help the workplace run efficiently.

• Assist staff with clerical needs and provide dependable front-office support throughout the workday.

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.

• Working knowledge of basic office practices, including filing, phone handling, and document organization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for preparing and editing clear documents.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email correspondence, and other responsibilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a courteous and attentive manner.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced office setting.

• Reliable attendance and a consistent commitment to providing attentive front-desk support.

• Part-time work schedule, four hours a day, five days a week.
