Schedule: Monday - Friday|12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST
Full-Time |$15.50-$16.50/hour (DOE)

As a Contact Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for patients who are scheduling important diagnostic imaging appointments. What You'll Do

Every day is rewarding, busy, and focused on helping patients receive timely access to care. In this role, you will:

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls from patients and physician offices with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Schedule radiology appointments while maximizing appointment availability and following established scheduling guidelines.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while speaking with patients, documenting conversations, and verifying patient information.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience by actively listening, answering questions, setting clear expectations, and following through on commitments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient information is complete and up to date.
• Resolve routine concerns and appropriately escalate complex issues when needed.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to support daily goals while maintaining quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service expectations.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required; call center or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and navigate multiple software applications.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
