As a Shift Supervisor you'll be:

• Creating an upbeat, welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
• Providing a superior full-service experience to all customers while satisfying their demand for gourmet chocolates and premium ice cream.
• Support and collaborate with the Store Manager in all store daily operations: inventory and order fulfillment, cash management and sales reporting.
• Training staff to know our products while developing their ability to positively engage with customers.
• Maintaining a sanitary, organized, hospitable store.

What you’ll need:

• Preferred 2 years of previous food industry experience
• 2 years of supervisor experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
• POS experience
• Superior customer service skills and upbeat personality
• High school degree or GED at a minimum, college experience preferred
• Availability to work a variety of shifts (day, night, weekday/weekend)Able to safely lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs
• Able to stand for 6 hours at a time
• Drivers License
