Warehouse Supervisor Full Time Worldwise Plastics LLC, Lewisburg, TN, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 2945 Salary: $75,000.00 Annually The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations in our Lewisburg, TN facility, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material flow to production, and on- time customer shipments. This role leads warehouse associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and supports continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Supervise daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities Ensure timely material delivery to production lines Monitor FIFO and material flow accuracy Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers Support EDI release alignment and shipment schedules Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and reconciliation Investigate and resolve discrepancies Ensure proper system transactions in ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Plex, Oracle) Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates (10-30 team members depending on shift) Manage shift schedules and labor allocation Conduct performance reviews and coaching Promote a culture of accountability and teamwork Safety & Compliance Ensure OSHA compliance and company safety standards Conduct daily safety talks and enforce PPE usage Maintain 5S and clean warehouse environment Support Lean initiatives and process optimization Identify waste reduction opportunities Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams Qualifications Education High school diploma required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred Experience 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferredExperience in manufacturing environment strongly preferred Skills Strong communication and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
