???? Location: Courtyard by Marriott, 1045 Stevens Creek Rd., Augusta, GA 30907
???? Bring: Valid, unrestricted driver's license, and a resume if you have one. No experience necessary.

What You'll Do

As a DSP in our residential and day center programs, you'll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living more independent, fulfilling lives. Your day may include:

Helping with personal care and daily living activities
Preparing meals and keeping the home running
Driving to appointments, work, and community outings
Administering medications and supporting health needs
Documenting daily progress
Supporting each person's goals and community involvement

What We're Looking For

Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver's license
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide the training)
Ability to pass a drug screen, fingerprint/background check (through DBHDD), and clean MVR
