Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency is hiring part-time nannies to help with after-school care for the 2026-2027 school year! You must have at least two years of experience with children, a reliable vehicle, a clean background, excellent references, be CPR certified (or willing to get certified), and a great attitude. Once you're on the Twinkle Toes team, you'll have access to our online scheduling system so that you can pick up extra shifts if you want and do babysitting on nights and weekends. We can't wait to meet you!

Current Openings (Beginning AUGUST 2026):

Please note that nannies will also receive mileage pay in addition to the hourly rate

Monday - Friday 2:30-5:30 pm (Catalina Foothills)

Tues/Thurs/Fri 2:25-6 pm (Tanque Verde)

Monday - Friday 3:30-7:30 pm (Oro Valley)

Mon/Tues/Thus/Fri 2:45-7 pm Wed 1:45-6 pm (Central)

Monday 1:30-4:30 pm Friday 11:30 am-4:30 pm (Marana)

Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri (Any TWO days) 12 pm-5 pm (Central)

$17 - $20 hourly

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs
• Assist with diapering, feeding, bathing, and dressing infants and toddlers
• Implement daily routines such as after-school pick-ups, driving to activities, outdoor play, and homework help
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light housekeeping tasks related to childcare
• Administer basic first aid when necessary and follow safety protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns
• Support children with special needs or disabilities as required
• Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere that encourages growth and development

• Experience with children across various age groups
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for children
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents and caregivers effectively
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as caregiving, light cleaning, and meal preparation
• Experience working as a nanny or in a school setting is highly desirable
