CNC Machinist

CNC MachinistWe are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team for openings on our day and night shifts. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working on complex, high-precision machined components. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce parts that meet our exacting standards and specifications.Responsibilities include:Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.).Reading and interpreting complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.Inspecting machined parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure they meet quality specifications.Making necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance and ensure dimensional accuracy.Troubleshooting and resolving machining problems.Performing routine machine maintenance.Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.Producing high-quality parts efficiently and within specified tolerances.Working collaboratively with other machinists, engineers, and quality control personnel.Skills/Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience working as a CNC Machinist, machining complex, high-precision components.Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).Solid understanding of machining principles, techniques, and tooling.Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.).Knowledge of G-code programming.Excellent attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality parts.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to maintain high attendance standards.Ability to strictly adhere to written and verbal instructions.Shift Hours:1st Shift2nd Shift3rd ShiftWe are seeking experienced CNC Machinists for multiple openings on our day and night shifts.
