Candidate pool: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talented individuals to meet our business needs and growth objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and offline methods (e.g., networking events, career fairs). Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial preliminary screening, and coordinate interviews. Place all information on the HRIS. Facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and gathering feedback from interviewers. Manage the candidate experience from application through to offer stage, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the company. Collaborate with HR team members on initiatives such as employer branding, diversity hiring, and onboarding programs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. Experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
