Artificial Intelligence Architect

For a senior AI Architect role, I'd make the overall experience requirement more explicit and architect-level: Experience 10+ years of overall software engineering and solution architecture experience. 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments. 3+ years of experience architecting and implementing Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions. 8+ years of expert-level Java development experience building scalable, enterprise‑grade applications using Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud‑native architectures. 8+ years of expert-level Python development experience developing AI/ML applications, APIs, automation frameworks, and data‑intensive solutions. Proven track record of leading architecture, design, and implementation of large‑scale, production‑grade platforms. Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams. Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps, and MLOps practices. Experience mentoring senior engineers and providing technical leadership across multiple teams and initiatives. Preferred Experience Financial Services, Banking, Payments, FinTech, Insurance, or other highly regulated industries. Enterprise AI governance, Responsible AI, and Model Risk Management (MRM).
