Overview Skills: Customer Support- Expert, Communication-Expert, Teamwork-Advanced, Problem-Solving-Advanced, Service Orientation-Advanced Contract Type: W2 Only Location: Orlando, FL Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension) Pay Range: $16- $21 per hour Job Description We are seeking Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team, aimed at disrupting the way people work by making the enterprise operations more efficient and scalable. As a pivotal part of our Contact Centre team, your role will be to ensure our globally expanding customer base receives exceptional support for the platform, fostering a positive experience. You\'ll thrive in this role by being adaptable, passionate about serving our customers, and constantly striving for excellence. Responsibilities Professionally handle inbound calls from customers and partners. Log cases on NowSupport with precise information to aid problem resolution by Subject Matter Expert (SME) Teams. Instruct new customers and partners on self-service case logging in NowSupport. Assign cases to the appropriate SME Team in NowSupport. Provide initial triage support via case, phone, or e-mail, solving problems and offering product information efficiently. Must-Have Skills Exceptional communication abilities across various levels. Proficiency in asking clear and precise questions to accurately identify customer issues. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision. Domain Experience Required Prior experience in a contact centre or customer support role within the tech industry, preferably with familiarity in using or supporting the ServiceNow platform, is highly beneficial for this position.
