Pick your rhythm- 7 days on & 7 days off | 4:30 pm – 4:00 am
- 7 days on & 7 days off | 4:00 am – 4:30 pm
Shift Differentials Available
What will you work on?- Comprehensive trailer inspections and repairs that meet strict safety and performance standards
- Troubleshooting and fixing braking systems, suspensions, lighting circuits, and hydraulics
- Preventive maintenance: tires, brake inspections, lubrication
- Accurate documentation and adherence to safety rules
- Team collaboration to cut downtime and boost throughput
- $300 boot allowance + $500 tool allowance annually
- Competitive pay with extra earnings via shift differentials

- 3–5 years of trailer mechanic/technician experience
- Mastery of trailer systems: brakes, suspension, electrical, hydraulics
- CDL/certs are nice-to-have, not required
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Team-first attitude with an eye for quality and safety
