The Nurse Manager Cardiac Critical Care will oversee a dynamic Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit supporting patients with complex cardiac and vascular conditions. This healthcare organization is a 500+ bed regional referral flagship hospital, recognized as a 2026 Newsweek Best-in-State Hospital and a Joint Commission-certified Comprehensive Stroke Center offering advanced technology and multi-specialty care . The Cardiovascular Critical Care program provides an exciting environment for a Nursing Manager CVICU who thrives in high-acuity care, values evidence-based clinical practice, and wants to advance quality, safety, and operational performance.
Reporting to a senior nursing executive, the RN Manager Cardiovascular Intensive Care will receive support from experienced hospital leadership, clinical educators, physicians, advanced practice providers, and operational partners. Key responsibilities include daily unit operations, staffing and scheduling, budget oversight, regulatory readiness, performance improvement, patient experience, staff development, and the advancement of clinical quality outcomes. The Nurse Manager Cardiovascular Critical Care will lead friendly, dedicated nurses while collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals across pharmacy, respiratory therapy, case management, rehabilitation, and specialty services.
