About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Services Leader for the North EMEA Professional Services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professional services employees to sell and deliver transformational change and business outcomes for customers. This role involves building strong relationships with various internal and external teams, including license sales colleagues, system integration partners, solution engineering, customer success leaders, and the marketing team. The VP Services Leader will be accountable for championing and implementing global professional services sales and delivery strategies, achieving monthly and quarterly bookings targets, and driving key customer deals. Additionally, the role requires a focus on attracting top talent, coaching and developing a strong team, and championing diversity, inclusivity, and equality initiatives. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in leading professional services, customer success, or related organizations, with a proven track record of direct engagement with C-suite and Board level executives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a full P&L, product and business model innovation, and leading large customer transformation programs. Critical characteristics include entrepreneurial flair, a strategic mindset, resilience, integrity, and delivery excellence. The role demands a leader with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and exceptional relationship-building abilities. The candidate should be financially astute, polished in presentation, and capable of dealing with uncertainty while making informed, fact-based decisions.
