Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with Jackson Therapy Partners. You'll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay activeunder the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Indiana PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience within the last 2 years required.
• Proficiency with common outpatient modalities and equipment, including therapeutic exercise, gait training with assistive devices, ultrasound, TENS, hot/cold modalities, and whirlpool.
• Ability to implement treatment plans established by a Physical Therapist and document patient progress according to clinic policies.
• No new graduates. Minimum recent clinical experience required.
• Preferred: experience with therapeutic pool, paraffin, fluidotherapy, and orthotics/prosthetic training.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
• Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
• Assignment requires adherence to facility safety practices, safe patient handling, infection control, and documentation standards.
• May be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
