About the Role

As a Sales Consultant , you'll help customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make. You'll build relationships, learn about each customer's needs, recommend the right vehicle, and guide them through every step of the buying process.

This is a full-cycle sales role , giving you the opportunity to own the customer experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery while building lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

What You'll Do

Welcome & Connect with Customers

• Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.

• Create a welcoming showroom experience that makes customers feel comfortable.

• Build trust through genuine conversations and exceptional customer service.

Help Customers Find Their Perfect Vehicle

• Learn about each customer's lifestyle, needs, and budget.

• Recommend vehicles that best match their goals.

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and performance.

• Conduct engaging and informative test drives.

Guide the Entire Buying Process

• Present financing and purchase options with confidence.

• Answer questions and provide expert guidance throughout the process.

• Manage the entire sales journey from initial visit to vehicle delivery.

• Ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, stress-free buying experience.

Build Long-Term Relationships

• Follow up with customers after the sale.

• Earn repeat business and referrals through outstanding service.

• Become a trusted automotive advisor in your community.

Work as Part of a Winning Team

• Collaborate with managers, finance specialists, and fellow sales consultants.
