Job Description Job Description CARPENTER – RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION Breachway Building is hiring experienced, dependable carpenters for residential remodeling, additions, decks, and general construction projects throughout southeastern Connecticut and southern Rhode Island. Responsibilities: Perform framing, exterior trim, siding, decking, window and door installation, and finish carpentry Read plans, measurements, and project specifications Complete work accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Properly use and care for company tools and equipment Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, subcontractors, and homeowners Work independently and as part of a crew Qualifications: Residential carpentry or construction experience Strong measuring, layout, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of common building materials and construction methods Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time Ability to lift construction materials and work outdoors in varying conditions Personal hand tools are preferred OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required We are looking for carpenters who take pride in their work, pay attention to details, and want steady employment with opportunities to grow. Position: Full-time Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30-4 Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience Service area: Southern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut
