In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.Job ResponsibilitiesProgram & Communication StrategyUnderstand the required components of data collection (PROMS - HOOS,JR /KOOS,JR and PROMIS-Global -10, Contralateral joint pain, Back pain, and Narcotics usage)Work with relevant stakeholders to develop impactful outreach strategies, including frequency of outreach and customization of messagingShare best practices with relevant stakeholders and codify approachPatient Engagement & Data CollectionEnter data responses to questionnaires into the electronic database/ EMRPrepare and send mailings and emails of follow-up questionnairesCall patients to follow-up with questionnaires and enter responsesAct as a liaison between surgeons and patients regarding opportunities to increase collectionAssist in generating reports and summary dataAssist with coordinating meetings with relevant stakeholders to review dataThe successful applicant for the position will be a motivated and organized individual who is able to perform a variety of different tasks essential to achieving our collection goals. He or she will be proactive and approachable, as well as flexible, as the job description may evolve as studies progress. The individual will have access to the medical records of patients and should appreciate this privilege while maintaining strict confidentiality with all patient medical data. He or she will also have strong communication skills, as this role involves interfacing directly with patients and other essential research staff.Years of Experience Required: 0-2 YearsEducation Required: Bachelor's degree requiredOnsite Requirements: During the first 6 months, the individual will be required to work onsite 4-5 days a week.
