Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Contract – RN – Emergency Room – 19:00‑07:00 Shift Assignment Duration: This is a 13‑week contract position. Schedule: Shift 19:00–07:00, with rotating weekends; no on‑call required. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Room team. This role requires a skilled and experienced nursing professional who can provide exceptional patient care in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing critical care procedures and responding to emergency situations while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department. Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the medical team. Perform emergency procedures and treatments as required. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Assist in the management of behavioral health situations and implement de‑escalation techniques. Educate patients and families about health issues and treatments. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license in good standing. ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certification are required. Preferred: Experience with Meditech and trauma care.
