Associate, Office Asset Management

Job Summary The Associate, Real Estate Asset Management is responsible for maximizing the value of the organization's real estate portfolio through managing, leasing, developing, and disposing of diversified domestic real estate investments. Key Responsibilities and Duties Assists with managing a portfolio of real estate assets with a focus on office and life science sectors. Provides recommendations for potential property management, leasing and construction contracts. Assists with managing the quarterly asset appraisal process. Researches investment strategies for a significant portfolio of real estate investments, usually covering more than one region or geographical market. Conducts financial analysis/modeling to assess current and projected performance of property investments. Proficient in Argus Enterprise and Excel. Researches current issues impacting the real estate management business that may affect the company’s portfolio. Possesses knowledge of current real estate market conditions for submarkets in which assets are located. Educational Requirements University degree. Work Experience 2+ years required; 3+ years preferred for real estate asset management experience. Physical Requirements Sedentary work. Career Level Required 2+ years of real estate asset management experience; 3+ years preferred.
