Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician

About the Role


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing pharmacy operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring patients receive accurate medication orders safely and on time. Working alongside pharmacists and cross-functional teams, you will help deliver an exceptional patient experience while supporting efficient pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare medication orders for shipment
• Support safe, accurate, and timely medication dispensing in partnership with licensed pharmacists
• Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant pharmacy workspace
• Troubleshoot order fulfillment and shipping issues in collaboration with pharmacy and operations teams
• Assist in maintaining workflow efficiency in a high-volume environment
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy regulations, procedures, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and patient satisfaction
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through attention to detail and commitment to service
• Perform additional pharmacy and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications


Required

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician License
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential
• Previous pharmacy, healthcare, fulfillment, or medication dispensing experience
