Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician, and monitor patient responses.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, delegating tasks as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines and ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to prioritize patient safety and quality outcomes.

Requirements
- Active California RN license (or eligibility) required.
- Nursing experience in an emergency department setting preferred.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour shifts and manage high-acuity patient care.
- Competence in standard nursing procedures, patient assessment, and documentation.
- Ability to work in a hospital environment and participate in fast-paced, multidisciplinary rounds.
- Willingness to complete hospital credentialing and onboarding processes as part of assignment requirements.
