The position requires an individual with a knowledge of the fixed operations portion of an automotive dealership and must have strong customer service, employee engagement, and automotive service skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Train and refine daily process to achieve superior hours and $ per RO, ELR, etc. Maintain high employee satisfaction Dispatch work and manage shop workflow Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer. Stay abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair operations, such as State rules and regulations, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines. Administers warranty claims, reviews warranty policy adjustments, understands and applies warranty guidelines, ensures correct processing of claims, and communicates warranty information to customers.
